Dear Basques, Basque Americans and Friends of Basques:

The Society of Basque Studies in America cordially invites you to attend a special event to celebrate our Twenty Fifth Hall of Fame to contributors to Basque culture, welfare and/or identity in the Americas. The honorees this year are:

BASQUE MUSEUM & CULTURAL CENTER - Leading Basque Museum in the United States                            

PATTY MILLER   -      Executive Director of the Basque Museum & Cultural Center

ALBERT ERQUIAGA  -  Prominent Organizer and Leader of Basque Activities

MARI CARMEN TOTORICA – Teacher and Promoter of Basque Culture

MARTIN GOICOECHEA – Bertsolari and Promoter of Basque Language

The program is as follows:

12:30pm to 1:00pm      Get Acquainted Time

                         1:00pm to 3:30pm      Luncheon and Awards

 3:30pm and on           Entertainment: Bertsolari – Basque Troubadour

                        Choir – Biotzetik

                        Music – Basque Rock Live Unplugged

Tickets are limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis.  The cost per ticket (all expenses included) is $45.00 per person. Children 6 to 12 pay $20.00.

In addition to enjoying yourself with family, friends and celebrities, you will participate in the Twenty Fifth Annual Basque Hall of Fame ceremony to honor Basque contributions to the Americas. You will be entertained with traditional and modern Basque music.  Also, you will be supporting the Society of Basque Studies in America.  Our goal is to recognize, celebrate and foster a unique culture.  The Society wishes to thank the people of Boise, Idaho for helping to make this event a success.
